Maintenance Technician

About the role

Fath Properties is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician for our property, Fairfield Pointe in Fairfield, OH. We are offering a $1,000 signing bonus. This position reports directly to the Community Manager and includes on-call duties once properly trained.

Responsibilities

• Perform occupied residential repairs
• Diagnose and repair basic property issues including appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Appliance repair and replacement
• Plumbing and electrical repairs
• Lighting and hardware replacement
• Painting and drywall repairs as needed
• Operate power equipment such as saws and drills
• Operate door locks
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, Technical, or Trade School education
• HVAC certification preferred or willingness to obtain (company paid)
• Plumbing and electrical experience
• Leadership skills a plus
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift 75 lbs
• Able to climb ladders and steps

Pay

$24–$29 hourly wage

Pre-employment drug screen required.
