About This Role
Perform a wide range of building maintenance tasks including carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general repairs to ensure a safe and functional environment.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance using checklists to identify and address facility issues proactively.
- Handle minor repairs such as replacing electrical fixtures, unclogging drains, patching walls, painting, and fixing doors and locks.
- Support facilities upkeep by cleaning interior/exterior areas, moving furniture, receiving packages, and maintaining supply inventory.
- Monitor vaccine storage units, assist with contractor oversight, and remain on-call for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
