About the role
Era Living is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join their Maintenance Team at the University House Wallingford Community in Seattle, WA. Shifts are available Tuesday - Saturday, 07:30am - 04:00pm, and candidates must be flexible based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Perform building facility maintenance
- Assist the Maintenance Team in maintaining the facility
- Handle routine plumbing, painting, lighting, electrical, light carpentry, appliance repair, and preventative maintenance
Requirements
- Technical knowledge and mechanical ability to perform routine maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment
- Valid WA Driver’s License
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Pass DSHS background check
Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED certificate
- One year technical school training or experience
