About the role
Responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment and systems in a manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
- Maintain machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to extend equipment lifespan.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related experience in a maintenance role.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficient in using common tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good physical condition to perform manual labor.
Skills
- Knowledge of industrial machinery and repair techniques.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
