Maintenance Technician

Description

LEDIC Realty Management Company owns and professionally manages apartment communities located in select markets throughout the southeastern United States. They are seeking a Maintenance Technician to work at Albert Pike Apartments in Little Rock, AR.

Duties

• Perform general maintenance and repairs including appliance repair, water heater repair, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, and basic carpentry.
• Apply specialized skills in areas such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has HVAC certification with (3) plus years of Maintenance Technician experience.
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
• This candidate must be available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Normal work hours are usually between 8am – 5pm, Mon-Fri (may vary slightly based on season) with occasional overtime required.
