Maintenance Technician

About the role

Easton Select Group is seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to assist in maintaining and repairing swimming pools and spas. The ideal candidate will have experience in related fields such as pool industry, maintenance, construction, landscaping, plumbing, HVAC, automotive repair, or a similar hands-on trade.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine pool maintenance and inspections
• Test and balance pool water chemistry
• Diagnose and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing components
• Complete pool openings, closings, and seasonal services
• Communicate with customers about service work and repair recommendations
• Maintain accurate service records and work orders
• Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices
• Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and organized

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused attitude

Qualifications

• Pool industry experience is a plus but not required
• Plumbing, electrical, construction, HVAC, automotive, landscaping, or maintenance experience is helpful
