Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Handles routine facilities issues and basic equipment troubleshooting
• Conducts inspections and logs completed work
• Offers limited janitorial support when workload permits or support is required

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or trade certification
• 2+ years maintenance experience
• 2+ years facilities experience
• 2+ years general maintenance experience
• Physical requirements: lifting up to 50 lb, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces with prolonged standing, walking, bending, and kneeling

Qualifications

• No degree required, high school diploma okay
• Strong performance during the initial assignment period may lead to extended or full-time engagement
• Ability to obtain a security clearance (interim secret clearance required to start)
• PPE in the form of steel toe shoes are required
