Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of all company facilities. This includes but is not limited to performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, repairing, and replacing equipment and fixtures.
• Respond to customer complaints and requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and company policies.
• Document all maintenance activities and submit reports as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
