Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Diagnose equipment issues and implement timely solutions to reduce downtime
- Conduct inspections and identify potential maintenance concerns
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Support installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment performance
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Experience with troubleshooting PLC systems is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
