About the role
As a Maintenance Technician at Crew Carwash, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. You will be responsible for maintaining and operating all mechanical equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and providing daily maintenance tasks.Responsibilities
- Ensure proper location maintenance
- Ensure mechanical operational excellence
- Ensure equipment standardization
- Complete required maintenance work
- Complete maintenance training with location leadership teams
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Have 1+ years mechanical experience
- Work a night schedule 4 days/week Monday-Thursday 8p-7a
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced operations environment
- Able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
- Able to work with a sense of urgency
- Able to perform tasks such as reaching, twisting, kneeling, squatting, running, jumping, lifting up to 25 pounds, climbing ladders, scaffolds, and platforms, and operating and utilizing electronic devices
