Maintenance Technician

Troubleshooting Areas

• Commercial HVAC systems (AHUs, fan coils, hydronic & chill water)
• Electrical repairs (lighting, ballasts, motors, controls)
• Plumbing repairs (fixtures, drains, steam/condensate systems)

Responsibilities

• Maintain pumps, motors, exhaust fans, and generators
• Perform preventative maintenance campus-wide
• Participates in ongoing technical, safety, and operational process training programs and implements strategies into daily work
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule

Requirements

• 3+ years commercial building maintenance experience
• Strong HVAC, electrical, and plumbing troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license - Must have a current and valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the last 3 years and no major violations within the last 5 years.
• Trade School Or Formal Training Preferred But Not Required.
