About the role

Responsible for leading project management initiatives, overseeing team performance, and ensuring project deliverables meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional teams to execute projects on time and within budget
• Develop and implement project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as needed
• Communicate project status to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with project scope, quality standards, and client requirements
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and manage conflict resolution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with project management tools and software

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Agile methodology experience
• Leadership and team-building skills
• Client-facing experience

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
