Location: Split position for McKeesport/Rostraver
Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours/week Monday–Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM, with flexibility to work later and/or on weekends as needed.
Pay
$20–$26 per hour, based on experience. Daily pay available.
Responsibilities
- Provide preventative and episodic maintenance, service, and repair in mechanical, electrical, painting, carpentry, plumbing, and other trades across multiple sites.
- Perform occasional installations or relocations of furniture, equipment, and decorative items.
- Conduct home repairs for participants as authorized by Community LIFE Interdisciplinary Teams.
- Follow established procedures and safety measures in all maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- Trade school or other relevant training in an applicable field.
- One year of experience in the maintenance field (healthcare facility maintenance preferred).
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License.
Skills
- Experience in maintenance trades.
- Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
- Ability to operate a wide variety of hand and power tools.
- Broad-based knowledge of building codes.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to accept and utilize supervision to maintain high standards of quality.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Team-building and conflict resolution skills.
- Dependable, resourceful, and flexible.
- Basic computer proficiency.
