About the role

RAMAR – Men’s Residential, Touchstone – Women’s Inpatient PHP, Women’s Recovery Program, MOMS Program, and Adult Outpatient Program are seeking individuals who can provide medication-assisted treatment and support services. These roles require a strong commitment to client care and a willingness to work in challenging environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication-assisted treatment services to clients
• Assist clients in accessing necessary resources and support services
• Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress and needs
• Document client interactions and progress in accordance with agency policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to substance abuse treatment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling)
• Current certification in medication-assisted treatment (MAT) or equivalent experience
• Experience working with individuals in recovery from substance use disorders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Skills

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in addiction treatment
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
