Job Duties
- Perform general building and facility maintenance, both interior and exterior
- Perform basic plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Utilize intermediate knowledge of electrical systems to troubleshoot and complete repairs
- Carry out basic machinery repair and preventative maintenance
- Safely use ladders and aerial lifts (comfort working at heights is required)
- Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned
Schedule & Requirements
- Ability to work 1st shift
- Must provide own safety-toed footwear and basic hand and power tools
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
Pay
