Maintenance Technician

About the role

Site Catalent’s Kansas City facility houses our Oral & Specialty Drug Delivery, Biologics Analytical Services, and Clinical Supply Services businesses. This role is based at the Kansas City, MO location.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, repairing door hardware, fixing furniture, and maintaining exterior property including snow removal.
• Cook up with cleaning needs of the building with the cleaning service provider and manage trash removal services.
• Conduct basic repairs that do not require specialized technicians, including painting, repairing fixtures, and fixing basic building system breakdowns.
• Conduct routine maintenance on building systems.
• Aid with the general upkeep of facilities.
• Repair minor drywall damage, ceilings, and flooring as needed.
• Support any after-hours building needs and activities as required.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in general maintenance, facilities maintenance, or building repair; 4 years of related experience preferred.
• Meticulous approach to inspections and documentation.
