Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance on machinery.
• Aid in the installation of new manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with bottling conveyor equipment.
• Set up production equipment between product changeovers as needed.
• Assist other technicians in setting up equipment for the next production day.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of machine maintenance experience, including electrical and mechanical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and machine schematics.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to disassemble and reassemble equipment.
• Electrical, plumbing, or welding certification/license preferred.
• Experience in food manufacturing industry is advantageous.
• Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments.
• Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs, bending, stooping, and climbing ladders.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Formal industrial maintenance experience or higher education in trades is beneficial.
