Responsibilities
The Maintenance Technician implements the upkeep and maintenance of the Sales Center and Welcome Center. Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances
- Maintaining daily upkeep, including painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall, and landscaping clean-up
- Completing maintenance calls, general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center
- Notifying manager of any issues
- Aiding guests when needed
- Completing all other duties as requested
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Good driving record clear of significant violations
- Knowledge of the Timeshare industry
- Experience in general resort maintenance such as landscaping, construction, and upkeep
- Able to read construction work orders and use basic tools
