Maintenance Technician

Calyx Living of Wakefield is an assisted-living community in Wakefield, just off Capital Boulevard in North Raleigh.

Responsibilities

• Solve maintenance and housekeeping challenges
• Maintain the community through repair and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and support equipment
• Perform ongoing preventative maintenance and routine building safety programs
• Complete general work orders and task lists
• Be on call for after-hours physical plant emergencies

Requirements

• Interest in working with the senior population
• Previous experience in building maintenance
• Working knowledge of basic construction principles
• Current North Carolina Driver’s License
