Maintenance Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee multiple locations, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment. The majority of duties include—but are not limited to—responding to work orders, performing repairs, and handling on-call emergencies and weekend shifts as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete dispatched work orders in a timely manner
• Maintain restaurant equipment, with a focus on refrigeration systems
• Perform general building maintenance and repairs, including tasks not listed on dispatch sheets
• Foster positive relationships with Cafua Management employees, managers, and corporate staff
• Travel frequently within assigned territory to satisfy work orders and requests from the corporate office
• Address on-call emergencies and work weekend shifts when required

Requirements

• Experience working with restaurant equipment and performing general building maintenance and repairs
• Ability to read and interpret safety procedures, operating instructions, manuals, and work orders
• Strong problem-solving skills in a variety of situations
• Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
