Maintenance Technician

What You’ll Do
- Complete apartment repairs and prepare units for move-in
- Maintain all building systems, amenities, and grounds
- Respond promptly to service requests and after-hours calls
- Oversight inventory, supplies, and equipment care
- Avoid compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
What You Bring
- A high school diploma or GED
- Previous maintenance experience
- HVAC experience
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
- CPO Certification – Strongly preferred
- Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance
- Reliable transportation, basic tools, and ability to work on-call as needed
Pay
Competitive Pay + Monthly Bonuses
