Skilled Requirements

• Repairs, cleans, replaces HVAC systems
• Repairs, replaces parts, installs plumbing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, faucets, etc.
• Repairs and installs carpentry items like doors, shelves, countertops, locks, etc.
• Performs drywall/plaster repairs and painting tasks
• Replaces lighting, wiring, power circuits, and replaces switches, lamps, etc. in electrical/appliance areas
• Repairs and maintains chillers, belts, pumps, fans, etc. in machinery areas
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property (or 3-4 years of experience can offset the minimum educational requirement)
• A High School Diploma/GED is required, with preferred certifications in HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing
• May require a valid driver's license depending on the property's needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Self-motivated, team-player, strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, excellent customer service, and personal accountability
• Ability to work weekends - Saturdays and Sundays
