Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance - Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues quickly and efficiently - Complete general repairs including plumbing, painting, carpentry, and basic electrical work - Assist with HVAC and mechanical system upkeep - Use hand and power tools safely and effectively - Respond to maintenance requests from departments and guests - Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports - Support a safe environment for guests and team members

Requirements

- Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred - Knowledge of basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems - Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently - Comfortable performing physical work and standing for extended periods - Strong attention to detail and reliability - Positive attitude and team-first mindset - Good communication skills

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
