Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and facilities building systems
• Diagnose maintenance issues and complete repairs in a timely and professional manner
• Complete preventative maintenance and routine property inspections
• Respond to service requests and emergency maintenance needs
• Maintain accurate work order documentation and service records
• Partner with property managers, clients, tenants, and vendors to deliver exceptional service
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support after-hours emergencies

Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance, facilities, building, or related experience
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing building systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and work independently
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work in a variety of environments
