Join our team as a Production Operator at Bimbo Bakeries USA. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production processes, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment to produce bakery products according to established procedures.
• Monitor production lines for quality control and make adjustments as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and emergency response procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Team player with strong problem-solving abilities.

Skills

• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Understanding of production line management.
• Basic computer literacy.
