Responsible for maintaining and repairing various building systems and facilities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain HVAC systems
- Perform electrical repairs
- Inspect plumbing systems
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 2 years of related experience
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
Skills
- Knowledge of building codes and safety standards
- Proficiency in basic electrical and plumbing tools
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
