Maintenance Technician
Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician supports the Facilities team by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the organization’s buildings, grounds, and equipment. This role ensures a safe, clean, and functional environment for employees and visitors.
Job Duties
- Analyze and take appropriate action to repair company equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders and follow through to ensure expected outcome is met in a timely manner.
- Add and maintain plumbing and electrical systems to buildings.
- Assist in the inspection, maintenance, and repair of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, etc.).
- Perform general upkeep tasks such as painting, minor carpentry, and furniture assembly.
- Support preventive maintenance schedules and document completed tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the facility.
- Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and report shortages.
- Assist with setup and teardown for company events or office moves.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and report hazards to Supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school degree required; Associate's Degree/Trade school preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Maintenance, Operations or a similar field desired.
- Experience repairing and maintaining machinery preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot and evaluate equipment to ensure safety and efficient operational objectives are met required.

Working Conditions
- Work is performed in a manufacturing environment.
- Audiogram required.
- Must be able to lift up to 60lbs.
