What You'll Do
- Regularly inspect facility, equipment and property for defects
- Absorb and assist with any building renovations/ repairs, both interior and exterior (paint touch-ups, general plumbing issues etc.)
- Absorb and assist with any technical difficulties (video calls, internet service, equipment maintenance etc.)
- Perform outside custodial duties (gardening, snow removal etc.)
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly checklists to ensure proper building and equipment maintenance
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma or GED
- If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required
- Innovative, strong worker with ability to problem solve and multitask
- General knowledge of carpentry and repair
