Responsibilities

• Perform duties as a Maintenance Technician, including:
• Diagnosing and repairing problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring, hardware accessories, masonry, painting/wallpaper, water features, and waste management systems.
• Completing assigned service requests and repairs according to company standards and in a safe, timely manner.
• Ensuring vacant apartment homes are rent-ready in a timely manner.
• Maintaining customer service standards and resolving resident issues and complaints.
• Following Atria policies and procedures, including safety standards.
• Assisting with organizing and prioritizing service requests and tasks.
• Driving company vehicles as needed (if required).
• Supervising other associates and contractors as necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• One year experience in property management maintenance.
• Basic arithmetic skills for calculations and analysis.
• Ability to operate general office equipment and maintain tools and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with Atria’s motor vehicle policy.
