Job Summary

Global Company seeking skilled maintenance technicians for the Ann Arbor area. Responsibilities include grounds maintenance, drywall, carpentry, masonry, electric, painting, and plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Perform all types of maintenance work including grounds maintenance, drywall, carpentry, masonry, electric, painting, and plumbing.
• Be punctual, read and follow directions, communicate effectively and efficiently with clients and team members.
• Provide excellent customer service skills.
• Show pride in work.
• Available 24/7 for emergencies with overtime pay.

Requirements

• Maintenance Technician: 1 year (Preferred)
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented, and a team player.

Qualifications

• Drug test and background check required.
