About the Role
The Maintenance Technician assists in managing the maintenance processes of the property, including responding to resident requests, ensuring the make-ready process, and maintaining the property's appearance and functionality.
Responsibilities
- Regular/daily onsite attendance
- Respond to resident/management requests and work orders
- Avoid hazardous property conditions and liability concerns
- Maintain preventative maintenance programs
- Manage inventory of equipment and supplies
- Assist with unit inspections
- Participate in on-call emergency duties
- Manage customer relations and enforce policies
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
- Physical ability to move objects weighing up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and night shifts
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of on-site software functions
- Understanding of Asset Living key policies
- Well-organized maintenance shop
- Ability to follow safety standards and OSHA guidelines
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff

Pay
