Maintenance Technician

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Experience in maintenance is essential.
• Receive and follow maintenance schedules and instructions according to established policies and procedures.
• Perform maintenance duties on grounds and parking lots areas assigned or scheduled.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facilities equipment to include plumbing, painting, plastering, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, mechanical, etc as assigned or as scheduled.
• Perform preventative maintenance schedules.
• Maintain a valid driver license.
• Participate in on call rotation responsibilities as assigned.
• Perform all other tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• The primary purpose of your job is to construct and maintain wooden or metal structures,
• perform routine and specialized painting,
• and perform general repairs to building and movable structures.
