From $25.00 per hour. Direct report – Community Manager.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and complete service requests in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the Community Manager and team to prioritize tasks throughout the day.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors.
- Identify any issues regarding safety, hazardous conditions or maintenance needs in the community and correct them or report them to the Community Manager.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment within the community.
- Be capable of performing typical independent assignments consistent with code requirements and good working practices, including:
- Troubleshoot, repair, or replace HVAC equipment.
- Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures.
- Install, repair, and replace electric switches, breakers, and receptacles.
- Install, repair, replace all appliances, counters, and cabinetry.
- Repair and replace drywall.
- Operate and repair all pool equipment.
- Oversee landscaping contractor.
- Operate small engine machinery and hand power tools such as drills, saws, blowers, sewer machine, and any other necessary equipment.
- Assist with upkeep of community grounds and curb appeal to maintain best-in-market position.
- Effectively coordinate and communicate with third party contractors and vendors to ensure best pricing, quality of service, and customer satisfaction excellence.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to residents, team members and service providers regarding planned and completed tasks.
- Respond to emergency situations when on duty or when scheduled to be on-call.
- Willingly take on additional projects and/or duties as assigned.
