Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot automated production equipment using electro-mechanical skills.
- Diagnose and repair PLCs, variable frequency drives (VFDs), pumps, motors, sensors, and power distribution systems.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
- Read electrical schematics, manuals, and technical drawings to identify and resolve issues.
- Document maintenance work accurately in the CMMS system.
- Support shutdowns, maintenance projects, and reliability improvements.
Requirements
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Maintenance certification, technical coursework, or equivalent training.
- Knowledge of electronic control systems, PLCs, motors, drives, and industrial electrical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
