Maintenance Technician

Position Overview

As a Maintenance Technician, you will help maintain the appearance, functionality, and safety of our attractions, equipment, and facility. Your work will help minimize downtime, support daily operations, and ensure every guest enjoys a clean, safe, and well maintained environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime
• Perform preventative maintenance on attractions and facility equipment
• Service bowling lane equipment, pinsetters, arcade games, and amusement attractions
• Auxiliary tasks may include go kart maintenance and inspections
• Respond quickly to maintenance calls and operational issues
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and polished facility appearance
• Support general building maintenance and repairs
• Keep maintenance shops and work areas organized
• Clean and maintain bowling pins, lane machinery, and related equipment
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and annual inspection logs
• Identify and communicate equipment concerns before they become major issues
• Follow all company safety procedures and operating standards
• Work closely with management and team members to support daily operations

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Previous maintenance, automotive, electrical, HVAC, bowling, or amusement experience (not required)
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation required
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, days, and nights

• This position is great for candidates with experience in automotive repair, industrial maintenance, HVAC or electrical work, bowling or arcade maintenance, mechanical or technical trades, facilities maintenance, or military mechanical experience
