Responsibilities

• Assist with unit turns
• Complete minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances)
• Help maintain curb appeal through grounds care and exterior upkeep

Requirements

This is a great opportunity for someone with general maintenance knowledge who is ready to take the next step beyond make-readies but may not yet have HVAC or advanced repair experience.
