- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, standards, and schedules
- Cook up and coordinate with maintenance staff and external contractors
- Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage budgets and expenses related to facilities maintenance
- ID areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance facility efficiency and functionality
- Collaborate with other departments to meet facility-related needs
- Provide timely reports to leadership on facility operations and maintenance issues
