SCHEDULE
This is a full-time, on-site role based out of our Downtown Milwaukee office. A typical schedule is roughly 8 to 5, Monday through Friday. Nights and weekends are not a regular expectation. The one exception is the summer apartment-turnover push. There are six dates each year that demand all hands: May 31, June 1, June 30, July 1, July 31, and August 1. If one of those falls on a weekend and you work it, you take a comp day during the week.
WHAT WE PROVIDE
- A new work van assigned to you, plus all major tools
- Health coverage with 90% of the employee premium paid and 50% for dependents (spouse coverage available unsubsidized)
- One week of PTO to start
- Employee referral bonus (paid when a referred hire stays past six months)
