About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment and systems in residential living facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all areas of the facility.
  • Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other mechanical issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Respond to emergency situations as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • At least 2 years of related experience in maintenance or similar field.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in basic electrical and mechanical repairs.
  • Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer literacy.
