Maintenance Technician - Appleton

About the role

Maintenance Technician at Focus Property Management is responsible for diagnosing and solving real problems such as leaks, locks, lights, heat, and more. The position involves keeping buildings sharp, safe, and running efficiently, working directly with residents, partnering with teammates and trusted vendors, and rotating on-call duties.

• Keeping buildings sharp, safe, and running right.

• Rotating on-call to respond fast — and earning extra when you do.

Requirements

• A solid work ethic.
• Show up, own your day, finish what you start.
• General maintenance or mechanical experience (or the drive to learn fast).
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• The ability to lift, move, climb, and get into tight spaces when needed.
• Pride in craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• $25/hr base + on-call pay + performance bonuses.
