What You'll Do

• Troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic
• Performing preventative maintenance on production equipment
• Diagnosing equipment issues and completing repairs
• Repairing or replacing motors, bearings, conveyors, pumps, and other components
• Installing and removing equipment as needed
• Conducting equipment inspections and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Ordering parts and supporting maintenance projects
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards
• Supporting continuous improvement efforts that increase equipment reliability and production efficiency

• Mechanically inclined and enjoy troubleshooting equipment
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Eager to learn and expand their technical skills
• Dependable and motivated to solve problems
• Industrial maintenance experience is preferred
• Experience working with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems is a plus

• Standing, walking, climbing, bending, reaching, lifting
• Safe lifting up to 50 pounds
• Working around industrial equipment
