Maintenance Technician - Air Conditioner Service/Repair

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Pass pre-employment criminal background check
• Pass pre-employment drug test
• Hold a valid Georgia Driver's License
• Basic electrical, HVAC and plumbing repair experience

Specific Job Duties

• Air Quality - Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC units, including filter replacement and unit washing.
• Lighting Quality - Identify and replace correct ballast and bulb requirements for light fixtures, ensuring energy conservation.
• Plumbing Support - Assist in commercial plumbing repairs, including water source delivery and waste water removal systems.
• Cross Training - Learn and assist in other job skills within the Maintenance Department.
• Service and Repair of Air Conditioners - Experience in servicing and repairing air conditioners.
• Other Duties - Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
