Maintenance Technician - A-Shift

Responsibilities

• Rotate between assembly, piping, electrical, finishing, testing, and wrapping tasks on the fast-paced production line.
• Diagnose, repair, adjust, or maintain industrial manufacturing machinery using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with a maintenance team.
• Perform basic electrical and mechanical tasks, including wiring, troubleshooting, and maintaining HVAC equipment.
• Work in a variety of environments, including dusty factory settings with extreme temperature fluctuations.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a standing or sitting position for extended periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing or related fields is a plus, but not required.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $20.90 - $31.36 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
