The role is responsible for managing client relationships, providing project management support, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Provide project management support to clients including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in project management or client relationship management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience working with clients in the technology industry preferred
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
