Maintenance Technician (3rd shift)

Troubleshooting, Repairing, and Maintaining
- Working knowledge of complex electrical controls and circuit analysis.
- Able to use multi-meter to troubleshoot.
- Understanding of safety controls including light curtains and safety scanners.
- Able to connect and troubleshoot PLC/devices and repair/replace as needed.
- Working knowledge of complex industrial automation systems and equipment, including CNC Machining Center (Mazak and Okuma controls preferred).
- Advanced PLC logic understanding (XFER, MOVE and arithmetic data).
- Advanced mechanical skills to repair equipment.
- Working knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic controls (understands schematic and symbols).
- Working knowledge of robotic applications with PLC integration (Motoman robotics experience preferred).
- Repairing and maintaining MIG welding equipment.
- Use of knowledge and understanding of basic welding fundamentals, including: Shielding gas types and ratios, Circuit continuity confirmation, Calibration of voltage, wire feed rate, and gas flow, Understanding of weld fume health impact.
- Work unscheduled overtime to complete assigned jobs to ensure meeting of production goals.
- Able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.

Total Compensation & Benefits Package
- Hourly Wage - $31 - $44 per hour + OT (when needed).
- Relocation: This role is eligible for relocation assistance based on current location.
