Maintenance Technician - 3300 Tamarac

Responsibilities

- Cleaning grounds, offices, common areas - Completing maintenance service requests - Performing appliance repairs - Painting apartments - Conducting apartment turnovers - Taking emergency calls

Requirements

- At least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on a 200 unit property - Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) - Strong customer service attitude - Flexibility and teamwork skills - Reliable transportation - Availability to work on-call rotation

Qualifications

- Preferred candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required - Ability to work evenings and weekends may be necessary
