$28.50/hr + $1.75 shift differential

About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining equipment, responding to trouble calls, and performing preventative maintenance—all while upholding the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Follow all established safety, health, quality, Food Safety, GMP, and company policies and procedures.
• Respond promptly to equipment trouble calls and perform efficient, sanitary, and safe repairs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and document tasks, time, and any deficiencies.
• Perform bench repairs and operate power tools, hand tools, welding/cutting equipment, and man lifts as needed.
• Complete and file all required documentation in an organized and timely manner.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a willingness to train and share knowledge with coworkers.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying workloads, emergency call-ins, and travel to technical schools.
• Team-first attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Reliability and initiative, with minimal supervision required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds daily and work in damp, noisy, and climate-variable environments (inside and outside).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis; the company will not sponsor employment visas.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
