What You’ll Do

  • Perform preventative and routine maintenance on production machinery, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues, minimizing downtime and supporting safe, continuous operations.
  • Read and interpret technical schematics, diagrams, and manuals to diagnose and resolve problems.
  • Work with variable speed AC/DC drives, servo motion controls, encoders, and PLC-controlled systems.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to improve equipment reliability.
  • Schedule maintenance with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Document all maintenance activities accurately using the plant’s tracking system.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills and support continuous improvement.

Preferred qualifications

  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
  • 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or equivalent hands-on mechanical/electrical experience.

What To Expect On The Job

  • You’ll be on your feet for most of your shift. This includes standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and regularly lifting or moving up to 40 pounds.
  • You will work near moving mechanical parts and in an environment where noise, vibration, and airborne particles are common.
  • The facility is not climate controlled, which means it can be very hot in the summer and cold in the winter.
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hearing protection, protective footwear, and safety glasses must be worn at all times.
