Role and Responsibilities
- Performs preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines.
- Thoroughly cleans machines and machine parts, removing parts and reinstalling as necessary.
- Records and reports damaged, worn, or broken parts.
- Orders and installs replacement parts for machines.
- Identifies the cause of unexpected breakdowns of machines.
- Repairs broken machines quickly and efficiently.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School degree, some college preferred.
- 2+ years' work experience in manufacturing setting.
- Preferred qualifications: Database management, MS Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), working knowledge of plant equipment and parts.
