Job Summary
ITU AbsorbTech is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team in New Berlin, WI. The ideal candidate will:
- Repair and maintain industrial laundry machinery
- Work with electrical, boilers, pumps, compressors, hydraulics, and other production machines and equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical devices
- Work from blueprints, electrical schematics, operational manuals, and manufacturer's specifications
- Perform general maintenance operations
Requirements
Requirements for this position include:
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- Pay range: $24 - $28 per hour, based on experience
- Shift: Second Shift (Evening), Monday-Friday; occasional weekends as needed
Qualifications
The following qualifications are preferred:
- Associate’s degree (or current enrollment in a technical school) in Facilities Maintenance (or similar)
- 1-3 years of related experience in maintenance or mechanical repair
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and positive attitude
